Snap Inc.’s corporate headquarters relocation consolidates the company’s operations from Venice into a new 8-building campus in Santa Monica. The project encompasses 45,058 m² of office tenant improvements delivered under an accelerated schedule, enabling Snap to vacate all Venice sites and occupy the new campus within 36 months.
